John has worked with clients in all of the issues that may arise in the workplace including severance agreements, sexual harassment and other forms of discrimination, civil rights, wage and hour issues, non-competition and severance agreements, and intellectual property litigation particularly in areas of copyright.The International Maritime Organization, a United Nations Organization, appointed John to the Lawyers Committee to assist in drafting international treaties and laws concerning maritime issues around the globe. In 2007, John was a representative for the International Transport Federation in London, England.?
