after all it?s only a form." As paralegal for the firm, would you feel comfortable preparing such a form for the client? If yes, explain why it would be appropriate. If not, explain why it would not be appropriate.. . 2. The client, who has been with the firm for a long time, calls and is greatly distressed. She is very upset about her ex-husband and his obligations to pay child support. She has just received a mortgage foreclosure notice. She also knows that a support hearing is scheduled for tomorrow. She wants to know how much she will get from her husband. You have done all the research and know the answer. As paralegal for the firm, would you feel comfortable answering the client?s questions? If yes, explain why it would be appropriate. If not, explain why it would not be appropriate..

These letters are mementos. As such, they link him to his past, but not to this woman today. As you said, he has cut contact with all exes, including this one, and he is (or ought to be) done with her for good.. . These letters are not only reminders of some good times but also of some bad ones. He and her didn't make it for a reason. Those letters serve partly as a warning.. . I think you are pissed that he might even briefly think about her again, in any form or fashion. I don't know what to say about that. If you are with a good man who has good taste in women, then not all of the past women in his life are going to be evil whores he wished he'd never dated. If that's the worst baggage he brought into the marriage you are lucky, and I think you are confusing remembering the past with an inability to move forward. And I don't think you should burn a dude's mementos. That's just me. I don't think they need to stay in the house, though. That seems like something better kept in the garage in a box with a bunch of other crap I wouldn't normally have cause to go through.. . Anyway, good luck..

Okay, I have a question about Power of Attorney. I have a power of attorney on my disabled son from that state of Alabama. I went to Wal-Mart to cash his check with the power of attorney and both of our identification cards. The girl looked at the power of attorney form like she had no idea what to do, so she called management. Management told me that would not be able to cash the check with my power of attorney. I even told them what it was and it was a legal form, Can they do that?.

Free software for forms?

How do I relocate an article I saw earlier in the week on Yahoo News?

How do I tell my parents I want to change my surname? And which option would offend them less?
