Need some help writing a cover letter..?

The meaning of separating parents is no longer speaking to parents when moving out and not have connections due to any problems especially not getting along very well. I'm not licensed to practice in Texas, but it should be pretty simple for a lawyer to set it up the way your friend wants. There are all kinds of ways to do it. I would probably set up a revocable trust with you as the trustee and remainderman for his benefit. But that may be different after studying the details and it may be different in Texas. I don't know Texas trusts and estates laws. Regardless, it shouldn't be too hard. I can't comment on the lawyer's behavior. There are any number of plausible explanations for it and most of them aren't too nefarious. He probably wants the legal fees and he's probably also concerned, if his retainer is too low, about something happening to the money in the account preventing him from getting paid at all. Keep in mind, that is just conjecture, I really have no idea.. . Both DWI and gratuitous transfers are pretty routine. If he doesn't trust his lawyer, he should talk to another one. He should talk to the other lawyer before firing his attorney. Call the Texas Bar Association for a referral.
