It would probably be best if "As scheduled by Mr. John Fens" came after February 12, as the phrase really describes when the meeting was schedule, not exactly the meeting itself. It just sort of flows better.

An agent entered our home prior to closing and removed our dishes, silverware, groceries and other items we had planned to removed a few hours prior to closing. He has since denied doing such and says all of our items were most likely thrown away... . does anyone know the exact wording of the law about the carrying away of goods by an agent prior to closing?. The agent and the broker were the only ones to scan our lock box in the 42 hour time period when our items went missing. While the broker insisted that she is not responsible for removing our items, out selling agent has remained silent as to whether or not he in fact removed anything. He even referred to our belongings as Crap that we left laying around.. Dishes, Silverware, Clothes.. Etc.. We were set to close on a Monday at 3pm.. We returned to the home on Monday at 12:30pm to collect our items 3 hours prior to closing.. The home was indeed still legally hours and according to our contract, no entry was to be made to the home without our exclusive permission and 24 hours notice. The broker advised that the items were in the home on Sunday when she visited, but that when she visited again on Monday (without our knowledge) that the items were gone.. . We feel strongly that the selling agent removed these items in frustration after we refused to repair something in the home that the pote.
