Litigation

I got some good news and some bad news...good news is that for all intents and purposes, it is a legit company. As opposed to other business opportunities that have been classified as scams, most of what I have come across is how hard it is to make it (but then again, is anything easy?).

By "motivation letter" do you mean a letter explaining why you are motivated to go to that 2 month program?. . If so, then you could make an outline of all the reasons that you want to go. Then choose the best 2-4. Write a small paragraph on each.. . Start the letter with, "Thank you for considering my application. I am excited about the possibility of attending your program."

On the printed copy it says the transfer date was on sept. 1 2007 but the receipt date (the day i release liability) was on march 13 2008.. . The car is not in the towing company, it was sold in the auction on march 13 2008.

My sister has 2 boys, 8 and 5. Her and her husband are separated but have not filed for divorce yet. She is living with her boyfriend and her kids have been staying with our mother 5 days a week to go to school and she takes them on the weekends. However, she has not been coming to pick them up, she has them stay with me, or with their other grandma, or whoever if she is "busy". Her husband has not seen the kids since they separated and he doesn't help support them at all and she is not getting child support from him. My parents are wanting full custody of the kids but they don't know how to go about it or what their rights are concerning the kids. If my mom has the kids 5 days a week, is that considered child abandonment? And would their father have to sign over rights as well. Also another piece of info, there has been charges filed against their dad for hitting my sister and being violent with the kids, would this give my parents more power in court if they were to request full custody? Thanks for your help..

Then you?ll need to estimate your monthly expenses, or what it will cost to maintain the property:

I have decided to leave because this just isn't the job for me. Should I write some kind of letter of resignation or thank you?.
