You probably won't be able to pack all this stuff untill pretty soon before you leave, because it's stuff you're using every day now. When you're ready to pack, collect one set of things at a time and pack them into the case. Again it's a matter of doing -one- thing at a time, not -all- at once, that's what makes organisation easier. The last thing you'll probably pack are the bathroom toothbrush/toothpaste type stuff. Again refer to the *list* to make sure you missed nothing. Lists make life a lot easier. If the -list- is correct, the -packing- will be correct. :). . -During- the trip try to always keep everything in the case, unless you are using it right at the moment. You don't want things getting scattered around because you'll forget where things are. Laundry is the exception to that, you need a laundry bag for dirty clothes, which after wash, dry and *FOLD* you will put *back* *in* the case.. . Have an *awesome* trip! Take pictures of *everything* so you can remember them better later. It'll be *tons* of fun. :) :)

There's no lawyers on this site. Best thing to do is look up the American Bar Association phone number in your city and call them. Good luck.
