I do not want to resign. I am being pushed to a point in which I must leave if things do not change. Otherwise my grades and loved ones will suffer. Of 14 shifts in a week, I have made myself available for 10 of them, and the typical workweek is 5-6 shifts.

It depends, entirely, on you and the school you choose. Some online classes are not worth the money you spend on them and you will learn nothing. Others are excellent and teach you more than you'd get out of your average in-class experience. It depends on which school and teachers you choose. Do research, talk to other students who have taken classes through whichever schools you're considering. I don't know how choosy real estate companies are in your area, but why not talk to some about what qualifications they prefer. Usually, employers do not discriminate between online and in-person courses, unless you'd get, for example, an AA degree from a college vs a certificate of some sort online or vice verse or if you take classes from a school that is not accredited. So for the most part, online and in-class courses are looked at in the same light, as long as they are all for the same purpose. For the rest of the question, I'm going to assume that you're going for some sort of AA or other college degree program.. . You can learn the same material just as well online as you can in person. There are some things that can effect how much you personally absorb from a course (your learning style, motivation, the school you choose, teachers, etc.) but all in all you learn the same things if the online class is well prepared. Really.. . Now, the number one way to know whether to take online or in-person classes is to decide what kind of learner you are. Do you learn best by reading information for yourself and then going from there or do you prefer to be told the information several times and perhaps work with a group? If you're more of a verbal/visual learner, online classes may be excellent for you. If you're and aural (hearing) or kinestetic (active, likes to work with others) learner, then online classes may not be best for you. Also, how self-motivated are you? If you aren't able to make yourself do sometimes unpleasant or time-consuming work, then in-person classes may be better, as there will be a teacher there to offer help and will remind you of due dates and to get busy. Online you don't get that, it's pretty much all up to you to remember what to do and to make yourself get it done. One suggestion I have for this would be to take some classes in person and others online--do the classes you don't do well in or dislike in person, and classes that come easily to you online. This is what I am doing.. . Pacing, well, that depends on the school you go through. Online usually allows for a bit more flexibility than in-person courses. However, you'll still have due dates and some are not any more flexible than regular classes. It all depends. They are typically not so open-ended that you can take double the time to complete a course. If you're planning to take online classes through a college, the classes normally must be completed during the same semester as people taking the same class in-person, and you'll have the same due dates for papers, projects, etc.

Now according to illinois department of child support I am not obligated to pay child support, the case is closed and the balance is zero.. . Thing is that there was a court order for temporary child support... I was thinking of filing a special appearance to have the court case dismissed. That way, neither her or the state could dig up the old case and try to get back child support. Or do you think i should just let sleeping dogs lay?.
