• Kevin grew up in Baton Rouge and attended the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now University of Louisiana at Lafayette). In 1987, he graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Kevin was awarded his Juris Doctorate from the Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans in 1992. He practiced law in New Orleans, primarily representing individuals and their families to recover damages for injuries.

  In addition, Kevin prosecuted consumer class action cases that settled for millions of dollars, including In re NASDAQ Market-Makers Antitrust Litigation and In re Mortgage Escrow Deposit Litigation, and handled various commercial and construction litigation matters. Kevin also served as referral counsel for the NFL Player Association, representing injured players of the New Orleans Saints, as well as other professional athletes, for workers' compensation claims,

Kevin is also the Immediate Past President of the Board of Directors for the Lake Charles Racquet Club. His family is active in the faith community of the Immaculate Conception Cathedral. Kevin and Angie support the arts and humanities in Lake Charles, as well as various other philanthropic causes.

i think your best bet would be to get ahold of someone who is a lawyer that you trust, most ppl know someone or atleast know someone who does, ask them, most lawyers know a lot more than what they practice, and i would think that looking for a lawyer that would do it as a one time fee (which i know has a name i forget it) or a percentage is a better way, ive found that at all times posible dont go hourly unless you have to, or unless you know it is the cheapest

I am trying to write a letter to send home to parents informing them of our class Christmas party. I also want to ask them to please bring in _________. (I will write it on the lines what it is). I am bad with wording and was hoping a teacher out there has a template or a letter already written that I would be able to use and make the adjustments needed.
