• Christa Von Latta has been practicing general corporate and securities law since 2005. As a transactional attorney, Ms. Von Latta began her legal career as an associate at large law firms in New York and has enjoyed a general corporate practice focused on complex matters, including representing issuers and underwriters in connection with public offerings of securities, PIPE transactions, private placements of securities, and has acted as counsel to both buyers and sellers in middle-market mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
