So could you PLEASE help me?? That's the only thing that's left in my presentation that I can't figure out. I'm done with everything else, but the audience involvement is left. Any ideas would be good, but nothing too big like a skit or anything like that.

A letter is sent every year to each of the beneficiaries of the ILIT. It simply states that a gift has been made to the ILIT and they can withdraw it if they want within a certain timeframe, usually 30 or 60 days. If they don't exercise this right, the gift becomes a present interest gift.

You need to petition the court to get a judge to issue the required papers to get a Power of Attorney for your brother.. . File for a hearing and take some police paperwork with you to show that he has been missing. Explain that you are his next of kin.. . He may at least issue you a limited power of attorney.. . It really shouldn't take a lawyer.

I use the custom footer option in page setup( File: page setup: margins and header/footer ) to number receipts and stuff that I print out but the lettering is always small. Can I change the default font size for my footer numbering to something bigger. You guys aint as good at mind reading as I had hoped. Actually the programme I am referring to is Firefox browser although knowing how to do it in Word is handy too, thanks.

I want to make a website where members can login and use a program that they will be paying for...?
