• Michael Ditchik was born in New York. For his undergraduate education, Mr. Ditchik attended the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and the State University of New York at Binghamton. Mr. Ditchik graduated from the Boston University School of Law in 1987. He began his career as a litigator with a thirty attorney firm in Manhattan. In early 1991, Mr. Ditchik took a position with a general practice firm and began working primarily in the areas of family law, personal injury and real estate.

  Mr. Ditchik moved to Seattle in 1995. In January of 2000 Mr. Ditchik opened his own practice, limited to family law and related matters. From mid-2005 to February of 2009 Mr. Ditchik was a partner heading up the family law unit at Hanis Irvine Prothero, PLLC in Kent.? Mr. Ditchik went back into solo practice in February of 2009.

  Mr. Ditchik has handled countless family law cases, from simple child support modifications to complex parenting plan modifications, paternity matters, third party custody cases and complex custody trials.? I would stay away from designing websites in Flash. You can find many "templates" available for sale online, but I don't think that there is a huge market for these types of "build it and forget it" models.. . There are many problems with pure Flash websites -- you can't bookmark subpages, there are version compatibilities, they can be difficult to update, they may or may not be secure, etc.. . Flash definitely has a place in websites, but I've always viewed it more as complimentary, a way to jazz up a site.

I work at a Chiropractic clinic and we used to have a contract that we would go over with our patients regarding missed visits. In Minnesota we are able to charge patients (not insurance companies) for missed visits. However with the way the economy is we decided to stop using the contract because people wouldn't schedule out their appointments because they were afraid that they would forget and then get charged. So we found it was best to not charge so they continue to schedule and (hopefully lol) come in. Hope this helps.
