If I own property and decide to form a real estate llc.. how long do i generally have to transfer the title of ownership from myself to the llc's name? does this differ by state? where can i find this info?.

I have an illness affecting my digestive system. I work in a call centre and the prolonged sitting is playing havoc. I get bloating, pain and it also leads to stress on a daily basis affecting my social life too.. . I want to reduce my hours of work as advised by a private consultant. My condition will recover the more time I spend being active and as a prevention I have been advised to not sit at work to long. I work in shoddy conditions where even going to the loo is a problem to my manager.. . I need a letter template to reduce to 30 hours a week which means I intend to work 6 hours a day due to my discomfort of sitting so long. My consultant sent a letter to my manager to advise her of my condition, but clearly its not enough.. . Please help.. . Kind regards..

How do I give temp guardianship of my 15yr old to her sister in another state?

I know a will specifies, for example, the house goes to A and the car goes to B, etc. My questions are: (1) If some of my possessions have designated beneficiaries, do these possessions have to be mentioned in the will? Or, should I just prepare a list of these possessions to give to the executor? (2) Where can I find an example of such a list? (3) Should the will specify who the executor is? (4) Can I keep the original copy of the will? Must the lawyer keep it? (5) Should the lawyer writing the will be also the executor? Thanks and any advice you can provide is appreciated..

Ok here I go, I know I want to move to San Diego when im 18. I want to be a Real estate agent and get a degree in computers, (I don't know in what though.) So i figure that I can go to Real Estate School for five weeks, work at night at a nursing home(I have much expierence here since both my mom and bro have worked there, their whole lives), and go to school during the day plus work as a Real Estate Agent. So I guess what I'm asking is, is this possible? Is this a good plan to do Real Estate and get a degree in computers? So ya, any furthur help or comments is appreicated!.
