lawyer DelRosario, Frank Reviews

My name is Caitlin and I am a current Senior at George Fox University

I plan on submitting my letter of resignation this week. I am giving a 2 week notice. Unfortunately my manager is on vacation. Should I go up the "totem pole" and give it to my director (who I know but very rarely interact with directly)? Or go down the "totem pole" and give it to my team lead who I interact with every day but I'm not sure he would know what the next step would be to inform HR, get the necessary forms signed, etc? I've thought about sending it to my director (I work from home so face-to-face notice is impossible) and then cc'ing my manager and team lead..

Maths, stratified samples?

My husband was with a girl for 6 years and had a little girl that he raised for 3 years. She then told him that the child is not his. They had a dna test done and confirmed that she?s not his daughter. He hasn't seen her in over 3 years because he was told that he have no rights even though his name is on the birth certificate. she doesn?t know who the biological father is. Well his ex is remarried and wants to adopt her. She even enrolled her into pre k under her husbands name but when it came time for kindergarten they told her that she has to use the name on the birth certificate, which is my husbands. They are trying to change her name legally and say there?s nothing he can do because he's not her biological father. We have talked to several attorneys and keep getting contradicting info. Is there anything that we can do to stop this and have her keep his name and maybe get some rights to see her?.

I've had the same cell phone number for about 4 years now. During that time, there has been periods (this being one of them) where I get endless calls from different collections agencies calling for Marlene Sanchez. I am not her, never met her, and my name doesn't sound anything like hers. But when these collectors call, they think I am lying, and continue to call at all hours of the day, wasting my cell minutes, waking me up, etc. They insist that since she gave this number, I must be her or know her. I'm at my wits end, but I don't want to change my number because I have had it for so long and it's established to me, as well.. . Is there anything I can do past yelling and pleading for them to stop calling to make this actually stop happening? It'll go on for weeks and then stop for a month and then start up again. It can be sometimes 4-5 calls a day..

For a scholarship I'm filling out I must state the reasons I want it (done), my ambitions (done), and where I am planning to further my education (done). Those were pretty easy. But then I read on to see that I must include my interpretations of how i best meet the qualifications of dependability, potential, citizenship, and need.. How should I word all of that? Any examples?.
