Not quite sure about the "father" - is it your cousin's father or the child's father?. Whatever - try the Division of Family Services in your city. They handle cases for children every day.. Other than that an attorney would be the best way to go.. Good luck and I am sorry to hear about your cousin.. >

Where can I find a sample child care center business plan?

Yes, it's called a "limited power of attorney", just make sure the POA is specific to real estate. (It can make a difference at closing!)

....And who are you voting for in the primary and why?.

Without going into too much detail just under 5 years back my grandfather passed who had listed me to recieve 25% of his estate I am trying to be cautious posting this question as I do not want any problems with the exceuter of his estate now his executer called me and said that would be approx X amount of $$ I have questioned this from day one first of all the executer stated to me we were just going to do this without going through probate because it would take an extremley long time etc. I had no idea it was law that it was supposed to go through probate the reason I questioned the amount from day 1 is because I frequently visited my grandparents they were everything to me and my grandmother mentioned to me numerous times that she could not spend in a lifetime what they had in one savings account alone she unexpectedly passed one year before my grandfather. I need an atorney with a heart to at least check his accts prior to his passing and then tell me yes you need to reopen this.. Please know I contacted a probate atorney in FL and they said I should definetly reopen it but I cannot afford a $300 fee to start if I am potentially wrong. I am facing serious financial problems. And no that is not why I am questioning this I have questioned this from day one when I submitted this to a probate in FL they then explained to me that it was FL law it should of gone through probate so that alone made me even more leary of what may have gone on. My grandfather had sent me a copy of his will a few months before he passed he had it signed by 3 witnesses etc and it was written word for word as a will should be and I believe he t turned it over to the county clerk as they have it on file but no info on the accounts. This is one of those gut feelings and it has been eating me up for years. I have to know wether or not I was lied to. Is there any way to at least check the accounts prior so I can know wether or not to reopen this? Thank you in advance for any information.. Ok I called him the executer he is my uncle my grandfathers son so this is a very very sticky situation. I am simply trying to keep this slightly low profile on here but I need to know this has never sat with me my uncle has no idea the things my grandparents told me over the years as we were extremley close. Trust me this is a nightmare. Thank you to the two answers so far I will check back in a bit..

The contract will usually say whether a cancellation fee has to be paid. If so, the amount given will usually be binding. If the contract does not allow cancellation, you will be liable for any losses, which the holiday trader might have incurred.
