Warren, born in Tyler, Texas, December 4, 1958, was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1993,?to the U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri in 1993, and to the U.S. Court of Appeals Eighth Circuit in 1993. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1990 from the University of Texas, Tyler, and his Juris Doctorate in 1993 from Oklahoma City University Shool of Law.
