Specify how you would like to receive the money. For example:

My brother in law is in jail and signed over POA to his wife. He was not careful in what he was giving her power over. There were a lot of things she would need access to- bank accounts, getting him a lawyer and dealing with the lawyer, being able to sign for him..... . Well a recent turn of events has revealed he is not recieving his mail written to him in jail for the last month. Now i remember her coming over to see what i wrote to him the first time i wrote to him... since then he has recieved none. The way some of these form are worded I think she could go into the jail and say that he wishes not to speak with certain people (for whatever reason).. -I also think this is how she is controlling his visits.. . So as i was looking over the different POA forms for my state (Co) it seems she could technically have control over his mail even in jail depending on what kind he signed.. . I called the jail and talked to a deputy who supposedly "investigates" mail issues. When I talked to him he was unconcerned and said there was no way to know what is happening with his mail because he either gets it or it gets sent back. -which neither has happened.. . Also, can she have control over any money put on his books? Technically she can have control over all funds in his name. So would it be possible for her to be taking money off his books? -He also has no money on his books despite the fact that we have all put money.

Need some advice if moving to canada is a better option or not. I'm an Indian Expat-Bombay residing in Dubai for over 2 yrs now and work as a statistic analyst (Real Estate). Keeping in mind the rising cost of living and burdening cost of school expenses in dubai that I may have to encure once my kid starts schoooling who is now 2 yrs old, forces me to take such a decision however before I take this plunge I need some sincere advice as I do not anyone to guide me both out here or in canada and i'm totally helpless.. . I plan to start my job hunt from Toronto or Vancover & I would appreciate if someone both in Dubai/Canadian could advice me on what is a desent salary I should be expecting,. Any clue as to how much it would cost to rent a 1 bedroom family apartment in vancover as in dubai the rent for the same starts at CD 31,200/Yr. My job involves checking the market and devising MS graphs & other methods to measure the variance. Its more like doing a reasearch on trends and showcasing the same to the Managing Directors & directors of other divisions.. In other word my jobs more like a MIS Analyst. Besides real estate is there any other sector that I can venture into, I have just applied for Canadian Residency Permit out here in dubai so for it to materialise it could take around 2 years. Do you'll have anything called MIS analyst out there..
