I was asked to be an executor to my parents. They have a lot of debt and my husband and I think that they will have no money left and may owe money to creditors once all is said and done. I don't mind not having money (just to clarify) but I do want to know if I will have to pay my parents debt? I also want to know the process and any other pertinent information..

Father paid extra support the last few years & then decides to stop paying for the next two years because he feels he overpaid. Doesn't that extra support considered as a gift? He never paid the court order medical for 16 years. Can he refuse to pay the next two years without any warning or notice? (I live in Nevada & father lives in Florida.
