In some states you are not required to purchase a fishing license to fish private ponds, at least if they are disconnected from waterways flowing out of your property. Not sure about Oregon, but the migratory fish are probably subject to trout stamp requirements so I would think you do need a license. Besides, if you can afford to purchase stream side property and you are a trout fisherman, you should want to support your state's DNR in the first place and have the means to do so. That fishing license will help pay for better stream quality and more stocking downstream from you which you get the benefit from. It's just the principle of the matter.. . Good luck and congrats in advance, I hope to own such a piece of real estate one day.

We wish you success!

A power of attorney form for both medical and financial is needed, especially if someone is in really bad need of hospital care, rehabilitation, or has alzheimers, etc. . It is hard to have a loved one who you cannot help unless they signed a form ahead of time.. Lawyers are making alot of money from people trying to have their loved ones declared incompetant to handle their own affairs, so someone is appointed to take care of their special needs.
