If the company are organising a recruitment drive for graduates, then they are likely to have set up a process for this- which may be CV and covering letter, perhaps an online application? It's great that HR knows you, but you may still need to fulfil the requirements of the recruitment process.. . Unless your HR contact is the sole person responsible for making hiring decsions, she will have to make a business case for deciding to interview and then hire you, and also the company may wish to be seen to go through due process in their recruitment and selection- so you may have to undergo the competitive selection process alongside external candidates. Basically, I'm saying that you should never make any assumptions just because you happen to know someone in HR.. . The first step for any job application is to understand the criteria by which candidates will be assessed for the position. You must find out what is required in terms of qualifications, experience, skills, personal aptitudes etc., and then plan your application in order to clearly show how you meet these criteria. . Using whatever method they have stated (CV/resume, cover letter, application form, personal statement),you will need to highlight your graduate knowledge combined with your recent practical experience, your understanding of the needs of the business having worked for them, and how you will show potential to maximise their performance as a business in the medium to long term.

Hello friends,. . I am part of a team project for school and we are in the process of raising funds for our client's benefit. We decided a good way to do so is by asking for corporate donations. Our client is a local animal shelter that takes care of many neglected and rescued animals such as birds, reptiles, and raccoons, to bears, panthers, and a 700lbs siberian tiger!. . We plan on writing a formal letterhead to a few related and non-related companies, but I am a bit confused on how or what to include on the letterhead requesting funds. I've searchd online for templates, but then again I heard that templates are too impersonal and will typically receive only a minimum donation if any at all.. . If anyone can help me out with format, advice, and insight, I'd appreciate it. Thanks. . By the way, we need a minimum of $1600 (consisting of monetary and/or any relevant items) to receive credit for that portion of the project. We plan to hold a few other fundraising events and are able to bring some of the animals out for an exhibition too. How can I gain the interest of corporate donors to support the cause? And if you have any useful ideas of what would work best, that would help a ton.. . One event for example is we plan on having an exhibit at the local mall on Halloween so the kids trick-or-treating can see the animals and pet them. Our display would follow a Halloween theme including props and decorations. We would pass out educational material, candy, and have sanitary towels/lotion of course. Parents can donate money and learn more about our client's mission and facility. How can I persuade corporate consumer relations to support our cause.. . Thanks again for your time and help!.

it's very difficult for people to make changes unless not making changes will jeopardize something of value to them. The bottom line is you don't want to back down from what you want. Compromise only if you're still OK with the terms.. 5. Be willing to walk away.. . If you cannot come to terms, or if you do and the partner does not keep his agreement, you must be prepared for a change in business status. You may decide to close the doors, sell the business, sell your share to the partner, buy him out or any other option that will allow you to move forward with YOUR plan.. Being proactive

Reason 1 * However now we're not together I find it strange you've continued using my surname, and I do not feel comfortable with the idea of you giving your unborn baby my surname because you dont want a different surname to your children. This is why I have granted you my permission to add S****** to T*****' surname, so you can revert back to it with no concerns of having a different surname to your children.
