    1) Anything is possible, but without knowing what the original release stipulates, it would be best to hire a lawyer who is familiar with your local film/photography laws to write the new release that will be mutually agreeable to both parties.. . 2) It would be best if it was a "2-way street". In other words, there should be something in it for her too.. . I have two lawyers on retainers. One handles my business needs and the other specializes in film/photography laws and contracts. It cost me $300 for him to make me releases/contracts for the different types of clients I deal with, and should I need something specific (like in your case), I just make a call and he prepares it (for a fee, of course)...that way I know all of the " i's are dotted and the t's are crossed" should it ever go to court.. . Remember... what is on a signed release/contract is "written in stone" and a judge will laugh at you if said "But what I really meant was....."

hi.. . i'm applying for a job as cabin crew but have no idea on how to write a cover letter. does anyone have a sample for me please.. . thanks.. . a..

A living will sets out medical treatments that you do or do not want in circumstances where you are incapable of giving informed consent to those treatments. For example, you might say that if you're in a coma and your attending physician is of the opinion that you will probably not recover, you do not want to be kept on life support.. A living trust is any kind of trust you set up while you're still alive. It's often a way of passing on an inheritance without the trouble and expense of probate.. For specific information about the relevant legal issues in your jurisdiction you should consult a professional.

So, why tell us this? You need to go to the banks and convince them that you know what you are doing and will pay them back.

If this information could be scanned or emailed information to the above email address, it would be really appreciated. I am also able to come to your office to collect any pamphlets/brochures that you may have available to the public.. . Many thanks for your kind assistance.. . Yours truly,

I live in Utah and I am planning on purchasing a home for the first time. I am a 22 year old single mother and i have been approved for a home loan and now i am looking for my house, I really need to keep out side costs to a minimum (if that?s possible). I really feel like i am out there all alone. What are the things i am supposed to ask when i am looking at the house? Should I bring someone with me or can I go alone? I hear about these horror stories about people purchasing a home and not finding out it has thousands of dollars worth of damage until after they have moved in, i would really like to avoid anything like that, how do i do that? Do I have to hire a Realtor or Broker? Is there a list of things somewhere on line that I can look at so I get an idea of what I am doing? Sorry i am just so confused all of my family lives out of state and everyone I know here is my age and knows about as much about buying a home as I do. Also I am not sure if this helps but i am a paralegal at a law firm that specialized in Developmental and Real Estate law, most of the Attorneys have said that they are more than happy to read over all the contracts and fine print (free of cost) but that doesn?t really help me with my other dilemma. Thank you for your help, I am going to need it.
