Where can I make a Resume online for Free?

Example: a middle aged man who is a CEO of a company comes in who has good health insurance, also has the $ to pay for his share of it, his deductible. He is treated for the condition goes home, gets a bill for what is not covered end of story. . Now lets say a patient who has no private health insurance due to preexisting condition needs to be hospitalized, the whole time she is there, they will have scary "social workers" & case workers, constantly bothering the patient ," interrogating"her for various personal information like "do you have insurance, who do you live with, do you have a family, do you go to school, do you work " & then reporting back to the doctor, they will also try to transfer the patient to another hospital, even though she is very weak and barely able to function. They also have a "psychological" evaluation though the patient is hospitalized for a physical illness, they exaggerate mental state negatively. Though this patient is no where near a mental defect and even has a scholarship to an ivy league school they still write in the charts that she is basically "retarded" and is a prostitute for a living" which is not true at all. How do people with no insurance expect to be treated as well as patients who do? In other words if you have no health insurance do to a pre existing condition what can you do when the bill arrives if it's in the hundreds of thousands of dollars?. This type of treatment was witnessed at the hospital by personal observation.

Raoul Duke: We're all wired into a survival trip now... no more of the speed that fueled the 60's. That was the fatal flaw in Tim Leary's trip. He crashed around America selling conciousness expansion, without ever giving a thought to the grim meathook realities that were lying in wait for all those peoples who took him seriously. All those pathetically eager acid freaks who thought they could buy peace and understanding for three bucks a hit. but their loss, and failure, is ours too. What Leary took down with him was that the central illusion of a whole lifestyle that he helped create... a generation of permanent cripples, failed seekers, who never understood the essential old mystic fallacy of the acid culture. The desperate assumption that somebody, or at least some force, is tending the light at the end of the tunnel.. . Renton: Choose a job. Choose a career. Choose a family. Choose a fucking big television. Choose washing machines, cars, compact disc players and electrical tin openers. Choose good health, low cholesterol, and dental insurance. Choose fixed interest mortgage repayments. Choose a starter home. Choose your friends. Choose leisurewear and matching luggage. Choose a three-piece suit on hire purchase in a range of fucking fabrics. Choose DIY and wondering who the fuck you are on a Sunday morning. Choose sitting on that couch watching mind-numbing, spirit-crushing game shows, stuffing fucking junk food into your mouth. Choose rotting away at the end of it all, pissing your last in a miserable home, nothing more than an embarrassment to the selfish, fucked up brats you spawned to replace yourselves. Choose your future. Choose life... But why would I want to do a thing like that? I chose not to choose life. I chose something else. And the reasons? There are no reasons. Who needs reasons when you've got heroin?

I don't know what to put in the title, I only have the job information and an email to contact them? Should I put ''Dear Sir/Madam, I am interested in applying for a vacancy at you company'' :S.
