someone with intelligence or some sort of law experience answer this for this woman.?

I am a first time homebuyer, and was told I would need an attorney to represent me--to do the contract for the home purchase, including to make sure there are no liens on the property, finalize mortgage matters, and so forth. Anyway, the home purchase will be in Sidney, NY, and was wondering if anyone could recommend a lawyer from this town. If anyone knows of a good attorney in this area (this part of upstate NY is in Delaware County) would you please give me the name, telephone number, and possibly email. Also, I need to know how much is the average flat rate for a real estate attorney there? Thanks..

I am planning to start using a house cleaning service. The woman is a sole proprietor who is licensed and insured. I want to have an agreement in writing.

First of all, you don't write a title. The editor writes the headline. No exceptions.. . All you do is write a letter. Keep it short. Tell what you think about an issue, and why. Support your position with examples if you need to. If your conclusion is one sentence that helps put everything into focus and adds more information, fine. Otherwise, realize that you're not writing a report for school. It's more like dashing off a note to a friend. If you can boil down your two pages into two paragraphs, do it.. . Every publication has guidelines for letters. Usually, these are printed near the Letters To The Editor section, and they tell how long letters should be and where to send them. Usually these guidelines are posted online as well. Look them up and go along with whatever they say. If they say a maximum of 500 words, don't submit a 1,500-word essay, because it will go straight to the garbage. Far more letters are submitted than can ever be used, and editors will pick the ones that make a point clearly and concisely. Spelling counts. You're entitled to any opinion you want, but accuracy counts too. In other words, don't get any easily verifiable facts wrong.

There is a NC website where you can fill all the forms out and mail them in. Do you have to hire an attorney to complete them or is it just suggested that you do?.

I need forms such as Land Contracts, Warranty Deeds, Retail Installment Agreements, etc., and was wondering if such items were REALLY available on the Internet for free. Each time I try to find these items, it redirects me to a company requiring payment. Can anyone help?.
