You could go the traditional route with something like, "Attached you will find my resume in response to ..."

I have had power of attourney over my mother's finances for about four yeears as she has dementia, my sister lives in Portugal and my brother lives in New York so at the time we foolishly did not add either of them to the contract, My mothers condition has advanced considerably since signing the contract and is now not able to enter into a new contract. My son lives in New Zealand and my daughter will be emigrating to Australia with her Australian husband and two children later this year. Our plan is to follow them as soon as possible. My mother is 92 and although quite frail does not have any life threatening conditions, her side of the family are quite long lived, one of my aunts having lived to 104. The thought of having to wait possibly several years, until my mother passes away, before we can catch up with our own family is quite distessing and my brother and sister both agree. Can I pass the power of attourney to my sister in Portugal who could manage her affairs on line and travel more easily to England should the need arise..

Unfortunately, it says it all under, "in case of error or modification".. . The word "modification" means that the Association (sounds like that is what you are involved in), can choose to delete or add any utilities or other services it provides whenever they want.. . Since there is no mention of electric being provided, you got yourself into a situation where you are responsible for the electric.. . Unless you read this part of the contract before signing, and had asked questions, then asked the landlord or leasing agent to ADD and INITIAL the words, "electric included", I'm sorry, but you are stuck with the bill. They dont owe you a thing.. . Your neighbors as well as yourself may want to contact an attorney, but this seems pretty cut and dried to me.

Please tell me how i write informal letter to friend to tell what preparation or arrangements i have made so far for wedding ceremoney..

Dispute the debt immediately, and in many states, the statute of limitations expire after 3 to 4 years for credit card debt. Even if you do owe it, they can't collect in court. But, if you don't dispute within 30 days, they are allowed to assume the debt is yours and valid.. . A good example of a dispute letter is on the second link. Click the "Sample dispute letter" link to show it.. . Also, never talk to the people in person without an attorney and never on the telephone. Always insist on communication in writing. Collection Pros will lie, cheat and steal to get your money.. . One collector told my spouse who didn't even owe the debt that they will garnish her wages if she didn't pay them TODAY by a check over the telephone and send her to jail.. . Well, if they have the power to send someone to jail without a judge, then what wages would they have to garnish without a judge?. . Bottom line, if they call you, tell them they must provide all details in writing by mail. If they make any other threats or comments, tell them you will report them to the FTC for violations of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (make sure you write down their name and or Employee Number at the beginning of the call first).
