• Erin McBee received her Bachelor's of Arts in Anthropology and in Government from the University of Texas at Austin (UT). During college and after graduation, Erin worked in the Dean of Students office at UT in the Services for Students with Disabilities Division. In that position she helped to make UT more accessible to students with various abilities in part by coordinating recording of textbooks, arranging for test proctors, repairing wheelchairs, and converting documents into Braille.

  Erin earned her Juris Doctor from New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, graduating cum laude. New England School of Law awarded Erin a full tuition scholarship for all three years of her attendance. She received the New England School of Law Service Award, the New England Scholar Award, and the CALI Award for Remedies.

You are probably getting contradictory information because most of them don't know what they're talking about. The Lawyer is the one that should give you straight answers, assuming you are an heir under the Will.

Yes. More than likely if the patient has dementia to the extent they cannot make sound, responsible decisions, whomever has PoA has the right to make a decision to move the patient, even if the patient does not want to go.. . But, it would have to have to be determined, either previously or now, if the patient is mentally unsound.. . I'm not sure what state you are in, but found the link below to give you additional info.
