A co-worker brought us a Living Will and Heath Care proxy that they used at the hospital (she works pt with me) but it is not exact enough. I found some other info online (that you had to pay to have the wiull drawn up) if I printing that info out can i attach to the advance directice from the hospitalm have my witnesses sign it and will it be binding?. ALSO, do my witnesses have to be any of the people name as agent. I am not sure I want to tell my primary agent that I picked him or why..

Power of Attorney needed?

When your wedding is over and done with, will you stay on here and keep giving advice etc? Or are you just using this site until your wedding comes along? . I think I will keep coming on here. Probably not as much, but I think it's nice to give advice when you have been through it :).

My great aunt is in her 90's and signed over Power of attorney to her grandson when she was very ill. She is now back in good health and is unhappy about the way her is handeling her finances. Can she revolk the power of attorney? Does she need to contact a lawyer?.
