How would I begin a business email? would I say "dear so and so"?

Contact an elder law attorney who has experience with estate planning and asset protection. This is far too complicated an area for this forum.. I think the corporation would be the worst thing you could do as it would not accomplish any of the goals stated above. There are trusts, post nuptial agreements and estate planning documents that can do what you want.

My mother passed away in December of 2010 where my dad took care of everything since she never worked enough for any benefits and all we had was a $10k policy on her from my dads job so after everything with the funeral their was none left.. . My dad passed away June of 2011 and left a house, $115k life insurance and around $1100 monthly for me as i was only 17 and the only minor child out of four.. . My dad had no will so my unemployed & flat broke oldest brother became the administrator my telling the district clerk that he was going to pay off our dads house where he and I lived with our dad before his death and was his last wish so we would always have a home.. . My other brother and sister had to write him a letter for the district clerk to allow him to become admin as i was a minor and had no control over the estate. I am now 18 and the money was spend on these wasted things.. . A Ford 150 for himself.. A SUV for my sister's friend.. A rundown house on the in the ghetto where they forced me to move into with him since they stopped paying bills at out dads.. My half-brother form my mom. He paid for his wedding.. Fixing a motorcycle.. Video games.. Big screen TV.. new cell phone.. ect.. . From what I've heard the oldest child of the marriage gets the money in the state of Virginia. The brother with control is my Half-brother from my dad and with easy lay from years ago. i am the youngest of the marriage while there is one brother older then me and i trust that sibling as we grew up together while my oldest didn't.. . There was a bond on the estate that was done and i know he has not done what he told the district clerk he would do.. . So what i want to know is. Does he have the right to do as he please with the money..

. FREE is the key word and i want it to be like "do it myself".

I want to change my name - where can I go - any website information?
