No. A lawyer will only be able to help if the applicant is still in status. Once the person (baby) is already out of status then there is no way USCIS will grant him an extension.. . In status means, the visa he used to come in is still valid.. . If some lawyers you consult with tell you that they will be able to do something, then be weary. They just want your money. Some honest lawyers will tell you the truth. In my opinion, honest lawyers are keepers.. . Good luck!

I have to write a letter in Spanish for a test tomorrow, but don't know what it will have to be about. Anyone know some expressions that can be used in many contexts?.

Can anyone advise of where I can get some letter templates off the net ( I have looked but have given up) for various styles of letters?. . Complaints Compliments etc.. . I have a fairly old computer and have no packages of software. Therefore I do not have the Microsoft Office package!. . Any help appreciated.

The taxes were paid by the LLC but We never filed returns on that income either. The SSA needs a copy of the W2. Please help. All payroll taxes were paid and reported in time. So the IRS has records of the taxes paid..
