Can I sell my entire estate, for cash, lock stock and barrel, to anyone I choose for any amount I choose, as a private sale, and draw the papers up myself stating the terms of the sale, having it witnessed and notarized, without going thru a lawyers, in Illinois, will this be considered a legal document.. The owner of the estate is quite competent, and wishes to sell everything he owns now and spend his money to travel and buy anything he wants anytime he wants, the government will get their share thru taxes, he has worked all his life for what he has and deserves to spend it anyway he chooses..
