thanks.

I also have a zip-up legal pad type case/notebook. In it I keep a legal pad and a file folder for each of my classes. If the professor hands out something, I put it in the class's file folder. If I complete an assignment, I keep it there until it's time to turn it in. The legal pad is to take notes. For each class it is necessary to take notes I write the date and the class at the top. At the end of class, I put my notes in the respective file folder. If the semester is long or has lots of classes, it is sometimes necessary to go through and place some things you don't need anymore in a big pile for you to sort out for finals.. . For each semester I make a template in Word of my class schedule on a table. Each week I go and print it out and fill in the dates, cross out what classes are canceled, note what date each assignment is due, and tentatively make plans for the bigger homework projects. If there's something big I need to put on the next week's sheet, I write it down at the bottom and refer to it when making the new one. I'm not really into day planning every moment of my life- but that usually helps me keep track of the major events and takes relatively little effort.. . I don't know if you're planning on living at home or in the dorms, but if you have roommates you must realize that there are times when you just have to say no and buckle down to study or just go to bed. You might think you're working hard and being noble by going without sleep, but really, it's your duty to carve out time to get enough sleep. A couple of extra hours of sleep per night is sometimes the difference between an A and a B. I know about this. You will fall asleep or zone out during class, or you'll be impatient at test time and screw up. You might consider investing in some ear plugs if it becomes necessary.. . In the college environment there are lots of things to do. Lots of cultural events, parties, performances, special lectures, etc. You must realize that you can't do it all. You have to make choices.. . I suppose I've gone on long enough- feel free to IM me if you feel I might be able to help you further.

My husband leaves for Afghanistan on Monday, we just got married and his POA was his dad..we didn't have time to change it but since we're married am I now the POA for him, or is his dad still?. He's in North Carolina & I'm in Ohio..All our paperwork is up here in Ohio..any way we can change it without him being here? ... Both our names are on the Loans, Lease, and Bank Accounts. I'm just worried if something happens to him..I wouldn't be able to make the decisions..I feel like he's married to his father not me....

There are a lot of questions in this topic to cover in a Y!A post. It really depends on how you plan on classifying your business and whether you plan on selling other people's items or only your own items. You're more than likely, if it is just going to be out of your home, best off just going at it as a sole-proprietor which makes your life a lot easier. If you plan on selling a massive amount of items or other people's items on consignment (or you buy it from them for the purpose of reselling it) then you may start to want to look at shying away from the sole-proprietor and going at it as an llc or s-corp.. . Unless you're planning on incorporating (c-corp) your business or bringing in partners all of your personal income and income generated from the Ebay business are one in the same. They may be earned in different ways, but in the end the IRS doesn't really care where the money in your bank account comes from if you are operating as a sole proprietor, llc, or s-corp
