I have a general power of attorney since my husband is deployed. We're currently in the process of closing in on a home and I'm not quite sure how using a power of attorney works. Do I sign his name where he's supposed to sign, or would I sign my name where he is supposed to sign and then do I include a copy of the power of attorney when the contract is signed?.
