lawyer M. Kay Jackson - Evans, GA Reviews

You should not change your sons last name to your married name until or unless your husband formally adopts him through the court system. No I do not think it's weird to have a different name then my child as we do. She kept her dad's last name and I went back to my maiden name and no one dares to question me on it.

. Are There different types of powers of attorney?. . Yes. There are "Nondurable ," "Durable," and "Springing" Power of Attorney. A "Nondurable" Power of Attorney takes effect immediately. It remains in effect until it is revoked by the Principal, or until the Principal becomes mentally incompetent or dies.. . A "Nondurable" Power of Attorney is often used for a specific transaction, like the closing on the sale of residence, or the handling of the Principal's financial affairs while the Principal is traveling outside of the country.. . A "Durable" Power of Attorney enables the Agent to act for the Principal even after the Principal is not mentally competent or physically able to make decisions. The "Durable" Power of Attorney may be used immediately, and is effective until it is revoked by the Principal, or until the Principal's death.. . Laws vary State to State. Call an attorney or Legal Aid if you aren't sure and it is important.

Hypocrisy much..??. . If there are things we don't necessarily follow from the Old Testament, why do we still have it?? We usually like to follow the New testament, so shouldn't we just make it into two books?? People claim that we still have connections with the Old Testament, but what use is it when you're going to deny the rest?!?. Jesus never exactly said he would put away with all the old laws. And plus: God doesn't seem like the man to say what's law... and then change it!. . Really, I'm lost here... I really want to know what's right and what's wrong to please God, but I JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT!

Bad. . 1. Sydney is a long, long way from most other parts of the other world. Every flight is long haul (even some of the domestic ones).. 2. Sydney streets seem to have very little planning. The places is not only a rat race, it's a very tricky maze.. 3. Its a tollway nightmare. Any major road of significance seems to have a a toll slapped on it. Some commuters have to pay up to three or four tolls to get to work every morning.. 4. It's the most expensive city to live in within Australia. In spite of the economic downturn, finding a place to live is still next to impossible and out of reach of most first home buyers.. 5. Sydney is surrounded by national parks and other barriers to urban expansion. The basin it lies in is already approaching capacity with few new residential estates opening up. The only way to go now is up.
