I'm 22wks pregnant & I'm doing my registry things, can anyone tell me some of the best monitors, baths, & healthcare stuff I should get. I can only get it from walmart..

Yup, there are MANY flaws with the Canadian system -the discussion of which is beyond the scope of this reply - but answer my queries A & B above?

OK, here's the thing. When I was like 2 my mum changed my surname to my step-dads when they married - I didn't get a say in this obviously! My mum has since split with my step dad and I want to change my surname back to my real dads surname. I have a birth cert. with my real dads surname and a birth cert. with my step-dads surname, strange I know! There is loads of conflicting advice and I want to know the best way to change my surname back to what is was. I know you can use the deed poll to do it, but I heard you don't have to pay, plus the fact, I still have my original birth cert.....Its confusing...please help!. Cheers for your answers - I'm 27 by the way! Also, do you think its worth making sure it is all legal and gets put in the National Archives just in case anyone wants to look me up in years to come?. Thanks again.

My grandmother died about seven months ago in Santa Clara County, CA, with both a revocable living trust. None is on file, and the executor / power of attorney (my aunt) refuses to give it to anybody. I have just finished my final request (formal, certified, delivery-confirmation mail) to her asking for this documentation. She wanted me to quickly cash a $1,000 check from her account with the subject "Grandma". I have kept the check, and refuse to cash it. Grandma's estate is valued at almost $1,000,000..

i want to change my name, someone is using it.

Rather than worry about templates, what is the goal of your letter? Are you looking for referral, launching new services, just keeping in touch, running a promotion, thanking them for being a new customer?
