Can you legally change your name (including the last name)BACK to what it was?

I believe that you have to use the form for a new application, the same form is also used if you lost the ead. There is a place there for the name and asks if you used any names in the past.

I want to change my name. I was born in Florida but I read that your old name has to stay on there. I don't want that. Is there any way to completely eliminate my birth name was ever my name? My father is involved in criminal activities and leaving my birth name on my certificate would be pretty useless in general. So is there any way to completely eliminate it? I don't have any important documents in my name like diploma or a passport or a license because I'm 17. I have permission from my mom to change my name. How can I do it? Also I live in South Carolina now so how do I change my name in Florida? What's the cost? Thanks.. Yes, I know I need to go to court. But can I completely erase my birth name entirely from any record?. There are some states who will change the birth certificate entirely. I want to know if I can go to a judge and ask for my name to be changed instead of my old name still being on the birth certificate. And quit saying Go To The Courthouse. I know I have to go to a courthouse!. Will Florida issue a new birth certificate all together? I cannot have my real name floating around. It would do me no good to carry around a deed poll showing off not only my old name but my new one.. I have no documentation other than my real birth certificate related to me. I do have an ID card but that's it. I have no checks. No jobs. No credit. No on record/public schooling for the past 5 years. I'm on no lease. I don't own a car. I don't have a passport. Nothing. So there are no documents I would have to change..

Looking to buy my first home in the next year or so in San Diego. . I read online that condos are a dime a dozen but in San Diego less than 10% of residents can afford to buy a single family home. . Is a condo a safer investment here?.

Once the SS5 is processed a new SSN will be on SSA's system the next day and SSA can give you a print out although it will take a few weeks before you get a card. However, you will need to stay in touch to know then the information is verified.

Can I get the paperwork online and just get it notarized? and how would I go about giving my brother power of attorney without the help of a lawyer? I heard it was possible..
