  • This law firm was founded in 1998, we have since represented over 5,500 clients in their criminal defense cases, personal injury cases, family law cases and immigration cases. The law firm offers a free consultation on all criminal defense cases and personal injury cases. On Family law and immigration law cases, we charge a nominal fee of $50.00 for the initial consultation, and if we are hired, we will deduct that initial nominal fee off of the legal fee we will charge for the case. The law firm offers affordable payment plans for all criminal defense cases, immigration law cases, and family law cases. For personal injury cases, you only pay attorney fees if we win a settlement in your case. The attorney fees in a personal injury case are done by contingency, which means we will be paid a percentage of what is recovered. If we do not obtain a settlement for you, then you do not pay any attorney fees.

We believe in talking to all of the public who has a question about a case in a face to face meeting with our attorneys. We feel that everyone's case deserves careful personalized consideration and individual attention. This is the reason why this law firm sets aside four hours for person to attorney personal meetings, Monday thru Thursday and on Friday and Saturdays, the law firm sets one and one half hours for person to attorney meetings.

When you first meet with us, we will sit down with you and attentively listen to the facts of your case. We explain how your case will be handled from the beginning up through the end. We encourage you to ask us questions so that you will feel more comfortable with the legal process and to ultimately place you in a better position to have us succeed in your representation.

When we are handling criminal defense cases, the first step we take is to go to court and obtain a bond reduction hearing or a hearing to set a bond for those clients that do not have a bond set. This is a very important step for those clients whose bond was set unfairly high, to an amount that the client's family cannot afford and for those clients who may not have a bond set. We understand how important it is for our clients to be out of the county jail and be together with their families while the case goes through the legal channels.

After our clients are at home with their families, the next step is for us to contact the court administration office noting them that we are your attorneys of record in your case. The court administration office will then notify us of your court dates. We will then notify you of your court date and one of our attorney's will appear with you to all of your court dates.

If you or your loved one does not need a bond reduction hearing or bond setting hearing and already have their court dates set, we will appear with our clients to all of their court date appearances.

We are always looking into weaknesses and mistakes the police made in investigating the case they have against you or your loved one. We do this while interviewing you and all the witnesses that can help us in successfully defending the case. We will read and look at all of the evidence the police have against you and look for evidence that could be favorable in defending your case. We are always trying to find a way so that your case can be dismissed. We look into legal technicalities such as looking to see if the police obtained evidence illegally or if the arrest was not legally performed. We will file motions to suppress the illegally obtained evidence, and if the court agrees and finds that the evidence was obtained illegally then often times the charges are dismissed after that occurs.

Our law firm is always trying to find a way to have the charges dismissed against you. If the charges cannot be dismissed, then we will work with the District Attorney's Office in order to negotiate a favorable plea agreement that will hopefully not carry any jail or prison time. We know how important your freedom is to you and your family.

If we cannot have the case dismissed against you or obtain a favorable plea agreement, then we will use our experience to fight your case up through a jury trial.

When you come to our office for a free consultation on a serious injury case, you will meet, face to face, with our experienced attorneys to discuss your case. During this consultation, you will be talking to our attorneys about how you and/or your loved ones were injured. You will talk to our attorneys as to how it will continue to affect you and your family in the future. We will encourage you to ask questions as to how the process works with these delicate cases and as to what your compensation rights are.

During this interview, we will be asking important questions relating to your case. We will then begin our investigation as to the facts of your case, we will read the reports produced, request medical records, talk with witnesses and locate expert witnesses and employ any other factors that will help us to obtain a favorable settlement and/or verdict from the jury. Of course, once you are a client, you will have unlimited access to our attorneys. We are there for our clients every step of the way during the entire process.

its simple, you fill it out online, pay from your bank account, you need to order certificates so that you can prove to people that your name has changed. also you need to have about 90 to rename your passport as its classeed as a new application not a renewal, you'll need a certificate for that, one for college to show them its changed legally, and for the bank etc. . you need to know someone whos the owner of a business to be able to sign your certificate to 'prove' you are who you are and that they have witnessed your signature on the original of the certificate,

Legal Seperation?

I had a friend whose driver's license got stolen. The thief looked a bit like him- age, weight, etc. The thief used my friend's ID when he got busted for a crime. My friend traveled often, and he always got stopped. When he complained, the reply was, "Well, that bad guy used your ID once. If we take you out of the system, we might miss him." If you think about that, it makes a lot of sense. The only thing that helped, even just a little, was that he frequently arrived at the same place, so he got to know the various inspectors who would pull him over. That inter-personal relationship stuff helped. Occasionally he'd arrive at an airport that he didn't use, and then he'd get the "you're a criminal" treatment.

Outside of school, one event that led to the thought of teaching was my experiment with YouTube. I created a math lesson on notations on Modern Algebra for friends that received over 3,000 views within a year. It felt rewarding getting messages all over the world and further developed my appreciation for technology and its uses for education worldwide.
