Contract law (for england & wales) is complex but the fact is that even a verbal agreement can form a contract and be legally binding... the trouble comes when parties disagree and go to court, as verbal contracts can be hard to prove!. . I'd suggest that a digital signature would be sufficient for most needs, however if you have a product/service which is of a high value, or your business would suffer badly if someone defaulted on the service agreement, or if your customers are with you long term (ie. not a one-off sale but a service lasting several months) then you may want to consider them signing the written agreement. to make sure you didn't lose the sale at point of purchase (i'm assuming it's online) get a digital signature there and then and send out a paper copy of the agreement to sign as a back-up/follow-up after they've purchased/made an agreement to accept your services.. . hope that all makes sense!. I am planning on going to Hawaii Pacific university or U. of Hawaii pretty soon and I was wondering if it was a better idea to buy my own house on Sunset because I'm an avid surfer and I want to surf Pipe and Sunset or get an apartment in Honolulu closer to the school......I know that beachfront houses are expensive. I'm spending $20,000+ on school tuition(minus housing b/c I don't want to live on campus) and my budget for where I'm going to live ranges from $500,000-$1 mil.. No, I'm just telling you my budget so you can tell me whether I'm able to buy a beachfront house or if it's a better idea to get a house that's less expensive and more inland..

lawyers have a big reputation/stereotype for being liars. i personally like lawyers because they put the corrupt in jail. i also hate them because they put innocent people in jail and restrict them from having contact with their family/friends. lawyers (both male and female) are bitchy, rude and full of it.
