Free Online Form Builder?

I filled out the forms once but received a letter saying that the form was not filled out correctly. The directions are a little vague so I am not sure if I fill in every line since only number 15 is changing or if I just fill in 15. When I fill out every line number 23 (the amount you want refunded to you) comes out to be smaller than the amount that I am claiming for the credit since it has me subtract my total tax (line 10) from the credit amount.

Ugh. Okay, so I like someone. Okay, great. I want to write an anonymous letter. I plan on leaving some hints of course.. . Here's what I'm asking. Is that a good idea?. . Here are things that I absolutely will not change my opinion on:. 1. I will *not* write it. I will type it. Lame, yes. But I'm a coward.. 2. It absolutely will be anonymous. Don't say "EOH EHM GEE!
