Yes it is legal. Either your parents conform to the request or suffer having their insurance canceled with cause. Your parents may request the insurance be revised listing you as an excluded driver meaning there is no coverage when you drive any of their cars. At one time Virginia did not allow such a coverage restriction but I think that has changed. The only other thing you could do is change your address to that of a friendly relative but one without your name.

Hi guys, I'm composing my first Model Release here and there are some things I'm not sure about. My law-student boyfriend is helping me with it but since he's still a student, he doesn't know everything.. . 1. I had my first photo shoot with 1 girl a week ago and I have to put the date on the model release so it's clear which shots are "covered". The problem is I forgot to put the correct date in the camera so the pictures say "2008" instead of "2010". So should I correct the info on those shots (if it's possible) or which date should I put on the model release form??. . 2. I live in the Czech Republic so there are a few law paragraphs included in the Model Release form (Czech law, of course). In case I find an English/Chinese/Dutch model to photograph (TFP/TFCD), which law-paragraphs should I include in the Model Release? Surely I cannot use the Czech law if it's an English model, or can I?? What determines which law will be used when (knock on woods!!!) I get sued by an English model?.

Almost there, but a few things for improvement:. . 1. I assume the experience at ..... (ie: name removed) was relevant to this job? ie, a doctors surgery? If not, you have to make the rest very compelling to get the job. 2. Ring up, find out who to address the letter to. Dear Sir/Madam = rejection!. 3. You see the order of the way they have noted the skills down in their advert (ie: telephone, computers, reception, doctors, etc). You need to echo that in your Cover Letter, as that is the priority list for the ideal job applicant. The simplest Cover Letter is two columns: You want, I have. Do not write it like that, but you get the idea. 4. Always close on a call to action, never I look forward to hearing from you. Ideally "I will call you in the next five days to discuss further.". . One last point: you could embellish this line to: "I enjoy working in busy environments and am a self starter requiring very little supervision, which you will find is supported by my references." It just shows them you are thinking one step ahead. . Good Luck!
