Litigation

too much to ask eh. WHY DOESN'T HE TAKE YOUR NAME. . nobody seems to be able to answer that.

You'll have to get a new passport, yes, and your driver's license. That will cost money. Most other ID types, like bank accounts, credit cards, etc, will change the name for no charge (although the paperwork will not be insignificant.)

Business plan Templates?

Australia - Debt Agreement?

Breaking a Lease in Massachusetts (Letter Template)?

Okay, It's like the police department. When a law is made, they're the ones who enforce it, right? Well what happened if we all got rid of the police department and didn't replace them? Crime would go up pretty quick considering that you can't get caught if no one is looking. Same thing with the government. We, the citizens are the ones who police the politicians. If we are disarmed, it is the same as eliminating the police.
