estate planning

how do i write my business letter?..... due. like yesterday?

you can call yourself anything you want as long as it is not for Illegal reasons but the only way to officially change your name is by deed poll after that you will need copies of it so you can inform the bank etc as they will most likely want a copy as proof that you have changed your name

As an heir does the executor of a will have to contact me of the probate hearing?. My brother says he does not its just a courtsey. I dont agree. They did the same thing to me when my dad passed. when my dad died he left me co executor after my mom, my sibling did not tell me till I found out my self 2 years later I was not advised even of probate hearing..

we have lost custody of our 5 kids by means of a dhs case we have proven in court as dictisious. we are needing help in suing these idiots. we have been through a costly 2007 and have nothing left. we lost thousands, my job, and need to find people who know what to do, we cant afford any more attorneys nor should we have to, we have done nothing . and all was caused by mistaken id. and them not being conserned enough to check their information . anyone that can help sue these morons in oklahoma is what is who we would like to connect with ty.

I really want to change my name by deed poll, but I have heard it is so complicated. There's the changing of the name, changing name on driving licence, passport, bank, bills etc. and I heard you have to pay to have your birth certificate reissued, plus then changing your name on all your qualifications. What do I have to do? I live in the UK..

How do I legally change my child's middle and last names?
