    Labor and Employment Practice

The Firm also represents clients in arbitration and litigation in employment disputes. The Firm drafts arbitration agreements, employee handbooks, sexual harassment policies and procedures and other policies tailored to meet the particular needs of a company.

    Practice Philosophy

The Firm's primary mission is to provide an economic benefit to the client as a result of the providing of legal services and counsel. Thus, much of what the Firm's practice entails is preventive medicine, providing legal advice to clients in an effort to minimize future disputes and maximize for the client the benefit of prospective transactions and business arrangements. For example, our belief is that a well drafted contract is much less expensive (in terms of legal fees) than the defense or prosecution of a lawsuit arising out of a quickly or poorly drafted contract.

If a dispute arises, the Firm's first effort is to attempt to determine how to most quickly, economically and beneficially resolve the dispute. If that means an appropriate, economically reasonable, settlement at the outset, then that course will be pursued. If a matter of principle, policy or deterrence against future claims is an issue, the Firm will vigorously prosecute or defend the claim, as the case may be. In all litigation matters, the Firm works to identify the client's desires and goals, and then devises a strategy to accomplish those driving motivations. The Firm strives to always serve the client's best interest by providing attentive and effective legal representation at a reasonable cost.

In order to change your name you will need youor marriage certificate. Go to your local social security office and start there(getting a new social security card), then to the DMV so you can change your driver's license. Then after all of this you can start calling your credit card company, bilss, etc. and let them know that you got married and need to change your name.

Is the power of attorney enough to get full cousdy of two kids?

I want to legally change my last name to my mom's maiden name.. . I know it's a long process and it's a pain in the azz and it's probably pretty expensive but it's alright.. . How do I get the ball rolling?. I live in California..

What are the measuring requirements for modeling?

State of Ma....Power of attorney and abuse...?

Yeah, South Carolina is a great place to live and 'where' depends on what your lifestyle is like. The two best places to live is Charleston or Greenville/Spartanburg. If the coast is what you like, boating, fishing, surfing and the beach scene and seafood then Charleston is for you. It's a great cosmopolitan city with lots of entertainment, nightlife, restaurants, good career opportunities and great health care. Now if you're more into hiking, camping and a mountain environment then it's Greenville/Spartanburg. These cities are about 30 miles apart and the population merges into one metro area. They have all that Charleston has except for those attributes unique to a coastal city. They are in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains about 20 miles away. Loads of great state parks like Jones Gap and Caesars Head of the Mountain Bridge Wilderness Area or Table Rock or Jocassee. Whether it's mountain or sea South Carolina is a great four season state with a very mild winter with very little snow. Almost every day is good for tennis, golf, cycling, hiking or just walking outside. So yeah, South Carolina is a great place to live.
