The reality is, there is no such thing as a frivolous lawsuit. You first must prove that your doc's care fell below the standard of care, no easy feat. Then you must prove that you have sustained a life altering injury, one that will require much more than the cap, or you will not find a lawyer to take your case. It takes about $250k just to get to court, and those fees are paid for by those greedy attorneys, who also work for free until they win. oh love you have got your self in a state..the doctor has taken samples to look at more closeley.. thats all.. just because you have had a biopsy it does not mean you deffinately have cancer,,, they are having a better look thats all, doctors do biopsies all the time on all tissue samples,,, the pains you are experiencing are probably caused by stress.. your mind playing tricks on you,,, any procedure done will cause some discomfort afterwards,, have a nice warm bath take some paracetamol tablets and try to stop panicking.. its normal to worry about things you dont fully understand but your just going to drive yourself insane if you dont try to calm down,, i have had biopsies done both on my womb and my breast i also went in to panic mode,, its normal... my results were fine in both cases,,, and i am sure hundreds of other women have been in the same situation as you are now,, dont worry xxx
