What's the format is it same with a formal letter or it doesn't matter since your application form has information already about u..

So here's what I need. I am a small business owner and I do minor home renovations. I know how to do plumbing, electrical, painting and so on and would like to start doing small jobs in business' like fixing a leaking tap or electrical outlet. I would like to write to various business' in my area but dont really know what to say or anything, Does anyone have any suggestions!!.

For change of religion/name a notification signed by your husband is to be published in the official Gazette of your State Government. There is a prescribed form for change of religion/name for each State in India. You/he can obtain the prescribed form from the Director of Government Presses of your State or you can down load the form from the web site of the concerned department of the State. He has to remit the fee prescribed by the State Government in Treasury concerned. Your husband has to prepare a notification regarding change of name in the format of similar notifications in the Gazette (2 copies) and put signature. Obtain a "One and the same certificate" from a Gazetted Officer of your State mentioning the names of your husband in his school/college certificates, birth certificates, driving license, Election identity card etc. and marriage certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation and his present name. Enclose copies of the above certificates/records attested by a Gazetted Officer. Send the application to the Director of Government Presses of your State. The Dreictor will publish the notification in the Gazette and send copy of the same to your husband's address.
