lawyer Simpson, Shannon Dell'Orfano Reviews

Hi Everyone. . I hope someone can help me, for the last 2 years i have been paying a debt recovery company ?75 pm to clear a debt with Lloyds, when i got the phonecall about this i paniced as i had moved home and wasnt aware that i had anything outstanding and agreed to set up this plan, 2 years down the line i get a letter saying i may be taken to court for loan payments that had not been made to Lloyds, well i had direct debit set up for these payments and i these payments stopped coming out so i had assumed i was all cleared ( i was a very young niave teeneager ) so when i recieved this letter i was understanably shocked! i called the debt company who aid they had been instrcuted by lloyds and if i didnt pay within 7 days i would be taken to court, i called lloyds who said it was nothing to do with them anymore as they had sold the debt on, Now on my experian report it showed thatthis debt was paid in full, i asked lloyds to send this through to their debt compaints department as i would be taking legal action, within a few days i had aletter from head of collections saying they was very sorry and a mistake had been made on their system and they was going to wrote of the debt because i had infact paid the debt. I thought this was unfortunate that i had had to waste so much time on teh phones but was greatful it was all sorted. So now i have looked into this ?75 a month i am paying as i was told this was for a lloys account so understanbly i wanted to double check all of this, whilst looking on my credit reports there is no other sign of any LLoyds accounts, when i called the debt agancy they told me they couldnt tell me what it was for but they gave me a balance that it was sold to them with, the balance being ?2195, now to my knowledge i never had anything from lloyds of this balance as i said my loan had been paid off, they told me i would have to speak to lloyds, once spoken to lloyds they told me they couldnt talk to me and i would have to go back to the agency, by this point i was very annoyed and demanded to spoeak to management, they told me this amount was for an over draft! i had an overdraft of ?1400 which i had thought was cleared off before i stopped using the account along with the loan payments, now from my understanding the charges to bring this total to ?2195 is a hell of a lot! i have also asked for legal documents to which i agreed the overdraft charges, they have told me hey cannot provide me with these. I have expressed my concern to them as they made such a mistake threatening to take me to court with something i never owed in the first place with the loan and to my knowledge i do not owe anything extra of this overdraft as i had paid it all off, they will not provide me with any evidence and told me in the future to speak to the debt recovery agency. It also worries me that when i started making these payments they said it will help my credit and yet this debt isnt even filed with any debt agencies! i do not understand. My main concern here is that lloyds are trying ot get me fo rmore money i do not owe, im unsure of what process to use to try and fight this and obviousaly try and get back some of this money i have been paying off!

it is compounded.
