An irrevocable trust is just that... irrevocable.. . Who has authority to decide what you can get from the trust is set out in the trust documents themselves. Sometimes additional payments can be made at the discretion of the trustee, sometimes the beneficiary has the authority to simply ask for a disbursement, sometimes there's a fixed payment schedule that can't be touched - you need to read the trust to know.. . There is clearly a role for the government in the health care industry. Universal access to health care coverage will make America both more socially secure and more competitive. But we should take heed from the safety net program that works: Social Security. Support without control will extend our access to health insurance without limiting its quality or diversity.

My boyfriend is EXTREMELY close to his family. Especially his mom. He will be 21 in November and I will be 22 in January. We will have been together for 4 years in January. A few nights ago I wanted him to spend the night at my house because my family was gone and I didn't want to be home alone because I live out in the country. His mom told him She didn't approve of that. When we attend any of his family events they last the entire day. He doesn't mind leaving me to do things with his family all the time, but I would rather spend my time with him. It has been so hard for me to get used to this. I have never seen a family so close in my life. I feel like I will never fit in, and that is family kind of rules his life, especially his mom. She does a lot of stuff for him like makes his doctors appointments, reminds him when he needs to make medicine, buys him clothes, etc... It just almost makes me sick because he is almost 21 years old. Am I over-reacting??.
