Should a formal letter always be signed 'Yours sincerely'?

I am a student in college and i want to look into getting health insurance in NY. I have no idea where to start or where to look. What should i know when choosing?.

Its very difficult claiming interest back, unless the only thing that has taken you overdrawn is the charges. If you had an overdraft before the charges, its incredibly difficult as you can only claim interest on the charges, rather than your normal overdraft, and this is extremely complicated to work out which interest is for what. If you get it wrong, you can invalidate your claim, so the usual advice is not to bother claiming interest. You do get 8% statutory interest if you take your case to court and win.. . Im not sure if you`re aware, but all bank charge claims are currently on hold, pending a test case brought to the High Court by the OFT, to decide once and for all if charges are unlawful. Until the results, the banks have to log and acknowledge claims within 5 days of your complaint letter (which you must send by recorded delivery), but then the claim will go on hold.. . Unfortunately, its expected that the result of the test case will take at least a year, maybe longer. If the OFT win, then it will be much easier to claim your charges back, although if the banks win it will be the end to bank charge claims.. . Have a look at my website below for more details about the current situation, and full step by step guides to claiming, as well as template letters and spreadsheets.. . The site is free to use!

if I give my spouse full power of attorney while I am terminally ill, can she sell all my property and assets legally or would she have to account for it when my will is read?. . The reason I ask is I have kids from another wife whom I included in my will, but I wonder if she sell everything before my death if she would be held accountable..

Power of Attorney can be given to anyone by the patient.. . A power of attorney may be oral and whether witnessed or not, will hold up in court, the same as if it were in writing. For some purposes, the law requires a power of attorney to be in writing. Many institutions, such as hospitals, banks and, in the United States, the Internal Revenue Service, require a power of attorney to be in writing before they will honor it, and they will usually keep an original copy for their records. In some countries and situations, an Electronic Power of Attorney can also be considered valid.
