As one of the oldest personal injury firms in central Ohio, the personal injury attorneys at The Donahey Law Firm have been fighting for equal justice for injured people for over three decades. When our founding partner Dick Donahey created The Donahey Law Firm, few law firms specialized exclusively in the rights and claims for injured individuals. Many firms focused on corporate law, but few were willing to take the chance that The Donahey Law Firm did: to work for their clients on a contingency-only basis, in order to represent injured individuals who were often unable to pay large, up-front legal fees.

More than forty years later, we still operate on a "contingent fee" basis, which means that our lawyers get paid only when, and if, we recover money damages. A contingent fee allows injured persons and families with little or no financial resources to obtain experienced and effective legal counsel. The attorney's fee is simply a percentage of the award in the case. If there is no recovery, there is not a fee.

We have a long track record of successful results in personal injury cases of all sizes, including:

Winning dozens of awards exceeding $1,000,000 Settling multiple cases for over $10,000,000 Experience handling thousands of personal injury claims Winning the highest civil jury verdicts ever awarded in several central Ohio counties

Our areas of practice are broad, and encompass most types of personal injury claims, including:

Medical Malpractice Birth Injuries Car Accidents Wrongful Death Uninsured Motorists Work Injury Product Liability / Defective Products Nursing Home Abuse Workers Compensation Dog Bites / Animal Attacks Railroad Accidents Aviation/Plane Accidents

We represent clients throughout Ohio. If you need legal advice, contact us for a FREE case evaluation or call us anytime at 1-866-918-5886. We can meet with you at one of our six locations throughout Ohio, or we will even come to you in our Mobile Office.

I have a template for my ebay auctions. I want to make a form that I can type in the variable information (ie title, description, images) and generate the html script to include those variables..

The Will would have had to be filed with the court if a Probate Estate case was opened (usually in the county where the deceased resided when they were alive)...but that's not always the case. I suggest you start yuor search at that local county court...

I'm separated and would like to revert to my maiden name. Do I need to be divorced to do this?.

which aisle they are in.. . b) what products do you have on offer in your department.. . Usually these are on the end of the gondolas (these are the 'furniture' that products are hung on pegs).. . c) if you don't have the product/fitment that the customer is looking for then be able to suggest a nearby store that will sell the item they are looking for.. . d) if you don't know how to help the customer - never, ever look disinterested! Tell them you will go and find somebody else who may be able to help them. Being helpful will earn you lots of 'brownie' points.. . There is no shame in saying you don't know something. You will gain lots of customer approval if you don't waffle and say that you will go and find somebody who will be able to help them.. . From a customer point of view... speaking to an assistant who looks vacant, disinterested, unknowledgable - is sure-fire death to the customer base of the business.. . A returning customer base is what a business thrives on. By this I mean that a customer wants prompt and knowledgable service. If they feel that a business has tried to help them then they will come back (return) and spend more money.. . e) in any retail business (selling products to the general public), products (and services) will often fall short of customer expectations. In simple terms this usually means something has gone wrong or products are faulty.. . This can often mean that customers can get very bad tempered and unhappy. So if you happen to be the check-out operator or assistant that meets the full anger of the unhappy customer - you need to be able to deal with them.... . The first thing to remember is that when a person is angry about a product that has failed - they are not getting at you, personally. This can be a hard concept to grasp 'cos it feels like that you are having your head bashed off a brick wall. What you need to know, for part of, the question you are being asked on the form is how do you put customers first in this situation?. . Essentially you know how to deal with angry/unhappy customers and that is in the first place to be seen to have listened to their complaint. Then you need to be able to offer a satisfactory resolution to their complaint. For example, refunding them or replacing their product.. . Well, I hope that gives you someting to work with.. . Oh - a final point - make sure you complete the form with a black pen. Quite often it says at the top of the form that you should use a black pen - this so the firm can photocopy it.. . If you are doing it online - there is no problem.. . Btw - why are you applying to a DIY store?. . Good luck
