Okay, the thing is this:. for years my patent attorney was cool with me as good the cash was over his table. . Listen: Always, absolutely always I paid any money he asked for.. Cool, that was for the last 3 years.. but.... now that my utility patent was already granted, he does NOT accept/take my e-mails, phone calls, etc. He is ignoring me like hell.. but.... he, a while ago, talked to me that he was interested to help sell my med patent.... . but I ask myself: wait, he doesn't talk to me, he ignore me, and he still think that when he has the whatever wish to raise his phone to call me to agree/sign a contract to sell, I will obey like a puppet and agree to all what he says AFTER what he is doing against me? He is always in "conference calls" or "meetings", and is false.. . I am his first patent. He told me that he had at least design patents, but I went to USPTO, Patenstorm, etc., and he does not have any design patent. He lied to me. Is a liar, he only wants cash but talk to me only when he wants.. . so, people, I need help to know how I can get out from him (since I don't have any new contract).... (I think the contract/power I signed 3 years ago was just for the application, etc, right?) so he can't influence me with false statements (like in boxing: GoldenBoy telling Juan M. Marquez that their contract is still good, after the legally finish/end of their contract expired).. . What can I do?. 1- Stay in "silence" any time he (when he wants) try to contact me now?. 2- Prepare a letter asking for his resigning and stop representing me in the USPTO?. . Hey, the attorney that is supposed to help me to sell the patent... has to be one that is entitled to exercise in the federal circuit (not only civilian)?. . I think I would contact the USPTO asking to dismiss him from my representation there, plus give him a box with SASE, so any mail he gets for me, he forward it for me or my future new attorney.. . Please, any advise will be appreciated, or tell me where in the Internet I can go for legal help in the United States..

So I want to apply to this job but they require a cover letter and a resume.. . I have a resume but don't have a cover letter can someone please give me a link to a site or personal advice on how to write a cover letter?. . I only have two job experiences and I'm a high school student so I'm not sure if I have much to write about.

My mother and I shared a home for 35 years. In 1990 I paid off the mortgage what are my rights as to the home?

I'm starting up a new business and need some help. I need to send out letters to potential clients, telling them about my business and introducing myself. Anyone good at this or know where I can find a template?. I already have my leads. And since I want to actually obtain and keep customers, I will not be so classless as to stuff things into people's mailboxes..
