You might have an attorney look over your petition before you start traipsing about. What you are doing sounds like harassment to me.

I'm the youngest of the family and the one who lives in the same city as my parents. So... I'm the caregiver for both my parents who are in their 80s. I wouldn't trade places with my siblings, but I'm really starting to feel resentment inside towards them, even though I'm trying not to feel this. They come approx. once a year and when they visit, it's mostly fun for them because they're on a "holiday", even though they do some chores. I do something every single day of the year. I've tried talking with my siblings and telling them how I feel, but nothing works. They just say that I'm meant to be here with them, etc. I'm just boiling inside right now because both my sisters are wanting to go to my aunt's funeral who lives just 200 miles from here, whom they hardly know. They not talking about coming here to help out, though, which is infuriating me. What do I do? Then, my mom is willing to pay a portion of their trip when they come visit, then I get angry towards my mom and feel bad. This is driving me crazy. I'm trying to keep it all inside, because if I talk about it, I become too emotional and I'm scared I'll really upset someone.. . I used to feel really close to my siblings, but I'm starting to feel differently, which is scaring me.. I guess I forgot to mention that my father is in a nursing home with Alzheimers and my mother is in her own home, which I'm encouraging. It's good to live independently, in my opinion, if at all possible. She has people coming in to help her with the lawn care and indoor housekeeping. We go see my father every evening because he's difficult to manage

It seems like everytime I start to talk about it, we get off track and I never end up saying what I orginally was feeling..

What documents are required for updating license in case of change of address?

I want to change my name through deed poll, do I have to do it through a solicitor?.

Look for referrals. Ask your friends for a referral to any attorney, divorce, criminal, estate. Ask that attorney for a referral to a real estate attorney.. . Alternatively, ask your tax preparer or a trusted co-worker.
