• John H. Filice, a Partner with the law firm of Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg and Gifford, joined the firm in 2001 after graduating cum laude from the University of Richmond's T.C. Williams School of Law. He was a Manuscripts Editor for the University of Richmond Law Review.? Mr. Filice was recognized as one of Pennsylvania's Rising Stars as published in Philadelphia Magazine in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010 and 2012.?
