He has significant experience defending serious criminal offenses, such as driving while intoxicated, or driving under the influence of alcohol.

Mr. Sheckler started as a lawyer working at the Public Defender's office, where he cut his teeth on criminal matters. While there, he managed a caseload of over two hundred cases at any given time. Mr. Sheckler went into private practice in 2008. He has handled several hundred criminal matters ranging from simple misdemeanors to complex felonies, and homicide. Mr. Sheckler has represented over a hundred clients who were charged with driving under the influence, felony DUI, or excessive DUI.

He is a skilled lawyer, trained to handle your case if you have accused of driving over the legal limit.

Mr. Sheckler has tried several DUI cases before a jury. He has defended clients involving refusal to take a breath test, failed field sobriety tests, and breath test results that exceed the .08 legal limit in Idaho. Mr. Sheckler believes that a jury trial should always be considered by any client charged with a DUI. Mr. Sheckler has a talent for identifying constitutional issues, that may result in a case being dismissed before it even reaches the jury.

Mr. Sheckler has successfully protected his clients' license to drive. He has litigated civil driver's license suspensions before both the Idaho Department of Transportation's Administrative Law Judges, and local magistrates for breath test refusal proceedings. When your license to drive is on the line because of driving with alcohol or drugs in your system, Mr. Sheckler is prepared to aggressively defend your ability to drive. If you retain him as your lawyer, he will give his best evaluation of your case, and advise you of the best strategy.

Attorney Sheckler has extensive knowledge of the standard operating procedures used by certified breath testing specialists. Mr. Sheckler is well-versed in the reference manual, procedures and calibration methods of each instrument. He is also familiar with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's Standardized Field Sobriety Testing procedures. Mr. Sheckler routinely reviews the procedures, manuals, and officer training documents in each case.

Resume/cover letter help, please - 10pts if you help?

No such thing.. . In order for you to get free samples you have to give THEM something back.. They aren't just going to send you stuff for nothing, they want you to do something for them before they give you anything.. . My advice would be to go to massive department stores like House of Fraser, Harrods, Selfridges, Debenhams etc. and ask for a free sample of something. Make sure you look like you can afford it and are actually going to buy it though or they will realise you are just trying to get freebies.

Help with my college and university plans?

I want to hire an artist but I need a contract (yes, I'm creating it and not them) but I haven't been able to find a standard or sample from google. One of the problems is that artist is a vague term and many of the samples are for musicians and not art artists.. . There is a lot of information, but I really need a sample or template to go off of in order to see what I'm doing and how the verbiage is used. So if you can tell me where I can find such a contract (again, art artists like illustration photography, etc) I'd greatly appreciate it..

creidt cards, bills, stuff like this.

You don't indent, as you may have noticed. Instead, you double space between paragraphs. That's what I am doing here. There was an older format which included indentations, but that has been largely replaced by block format, which is what I am using.. . Be sure to separate items into paragraphs, just as I am doing in this example. Since it's a fairly straightforward subject, you shouldn't need too many paragraphs. One to state you want the change, another to discuss briefly the reasons why you need the change, and then a third to thank him or her for their attention to the matter and prepare to wrap up your letter.
